Peter returned to the hide out to find it empty. It took him a minute to remember that he had sent the lost boys out for some reason. Peter had forgotten what it was but he was sure it was important. He often forgot about certain things because there was always some grand adventure for him to be a part of. Today had been fairly quiet and he had spent the day at mermaid lagoon talking with the mermaids. They were fond of Peter and often brought him pretty sea shells from the sea bed.
Peter wandered around the hide out wondering what he should do next. He could fly with the birds or annoy Hook. He could even go back to the mermaids and make them tell him stories. Peter liked stories, especially the ones that Wendy told him and the other lost boys. Where was Wendy? Peter couldn't remember if she was in Neverland or not but knew she would turn up sooner or later. He walked over to the bed and sat down with a sigh. He heard a noise and knew that someone was entering the hide out. Maybe it was the lost boys back from doing whatever he had told them to do. He stood in the centre of the room with his hands on his hips, waiting to see who it was.

Wendy had been having a rather good day and decided to get away from things to hang out with Peter, she liked the boy he was rather cute but he did have the side of him where he could get a bit carried away. But that was one thing she really liked about him, so wearing her sky blue dress and her hair up in a braid she decided to go where some did not know about, she figured the lost boy's knew about it of course. Probably everyone that were close to Peter knew about his own personal hide out.
But she thought she heard someone and she was unsure who was in here and thinking perhaps it was the lost boys and when she peeked her head in making sure no one had followed her. Wanting to keep this hide out hidden and she noticed Peter there and smiled happily at him. So this is where he had been hiding and she greeted him with such a sweet smile. She was really happy to be there and thinking about what to say to him, sometimes he made her a little nervous since she really did treasure him.
"Hello Peter"

Peter smiled when he saw that it was Wendy in the hideout. "Hello Wendy." He said as he flew the feet towards her. She looked very pretty today in a blue dress but Peter ignored those thoughts. They were things that grown ups thought about and he would never grow up. "Where have you been today?" He asked her when he had landed in front of her.
Peter had asked the question out of politeness as he knew that Wendy liked him and the lost boys to have good manners. Before she even had a chance to answer him he began to tell her all about his day. "I went to mermaid lagoon today and spent the day hearing all about what the pirates have been up to. The mermaids brought me sea shells and other pretty things but I soon got bored of them. I left the mermaids and went for a fly with the birds but they were all too busy talking about their nests to pay attention to me." Peter hated people not being interested in what he had to say.
He flew over to a little nook and sat down in it. He still couldn't remember where the lost boys were and thought maybe Wendy could tell him. He thought about the best way to bring it up as he didn't want to admit he had forgotten. "I wonder when the lost boys will be back. They have been gone an awfully long time."

Wendy could not help but smile at what he had to say, he was a unique boy and she did like him a whole lot. Watching him move from place to place, it must have been nice able to get out of bed and fly around if you wanted. Wendy enjoyed being able to fly when she is given the chance, and smiled even more when he grew annoyed to those who ignored him. That was Peter Pan all right, he was a unique figure and something about him made her even more happier. She walked over to where he was and sat down.
"Well today I just went by the ocean to do some soul searching as they call it, just thinking about problems I had been dealing with. Just tiny things nothing for you to worry about. But it sounded like you had a pretty good day, I mean sure the birds ignored you. But still the mermaids talked to you. Probably would have kept talking if you did not get bored. But guess we will never know now. But I would not worry to much about it Peter. You are a unique fellow and have a feeling more fun will roll your way, and as for the lost boys. I have yet to see them today, probably pulling pranks" She offered.
